I'm Larissa Honoré Traore, founder of Right to Grow Coaching™, where I believe every person has the right to discover who they are, heal from life's challenges, and continue growing into the person they were created to be.
My passion for helping others is rooted in both my education and my life experiences. I earned a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, where I developed a deeper understanding of how people grow, build relationships, navigate life transitions, and develop across every stage of life. While education gave me knowledge, my own journey taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of emotional wellness.
As a wife and mother of three energetic boys, I understand firsthand that relationships, parenting, and personal growth are ongoing journeys. I've learned that emotions don't disappear when we ignore them—they simply find another way to be expressed. That realization inspired my commitment to helping individuals and families better understand their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
This passion led me to develop The Right to Grow™ Method, a practical framework designed to help people recognize limiting beliefs, understand their emotions, heal from past experiences, and take intentional steps toward lasting personal growth.
At Right to Grow Coaching™, I don't believe growth is about becoming someone else. I believe it's about becoming more fully yourself. Whether through one-on-one coaching, family coaching, workshops, or keynote speaking, my goal is to provide practical tools, compassionate guidance, and encouragement that empower people to move forward with confidence and purpose.
